During the second round of the event, Grant was bucked off a bull and was subsequently stepped on, resulting in severe injuries. Despite quick action by first responders at the scene, who worked to stabilize him, Grant’s condition required urgent medical attention. He was transported via ambulance to Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center in Houston. Sadly, despite the efforts of medical professionals, Dylan Grant succumbed to his injuries shortly after arriving at the hospital.
