According to authorities, officers responded to a call reporting a physical altercation in the area around 8:23 a.m. When they arrived, they discovered Bruzgo lying unresponsive. Emergency medical personnel quickly transported him to a nearby hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 9:15 a.m.
